Went to web site downloaded the update tool tried 2 computers same thing i think they need to fix the driver install.The tool works great but upgrading it is impossible and customer support is like talking to a treeThis tool does not read any of the codes it claims to read. Don’t waste your money it is not as good as it sounds.great price for what it is
