I work on the road a lot and have constantly mounting large stacks of bills and receipts and never enough time to get them sorted and filed. Now I can come home and in less than 5 minutes have every one scanned and filed. My sanity has been restored!Pros:- The scanner is amazingly fast, and scans both sides at the same time- The integration with Evernote is seamless- Ability to search scanned notes is a god-sendCons:- If you don't use Evernote, this is the wrong one to buy (fortunately they make a non-Evernote specific one)- I wish they opened up some of the functions that are locked down in the Evernote Version - e.g. the ability to scan to a file on the hard drive instead of Evernote- It can sometimes be slow to reconnect to the wireless when waking upI spend hours sifting through receipts, product leaflets, bills (that I have to keep around for awhile once they have been paid) until I finally found this scanner. What was the biggest surprise was being able to quickly scan old photos at 300 DPI with more ease than I have ever encountered. Everything goes into Evernote, where I can quickly organize and look up anything that I need at a moments notice. Well worth the price tag for the amount of time it has saved me. It is compact and not an eyesore on my desk. I really don't know what I did without this for the amount of paper that comes across my desk.love it except for one thing... it takes a while to connect to wifi after it's timed out or turned on. Once connected, the button works instantly like a charm, but till then, it just blinks at you and you're not sure why.Got this scanner in an attempt to go wireless and it has been great! It felt so nice to get rid of papers that seemed to be stashed everywhere. It is also great because you can access your evernote account even when you aren't home and be able to view any papers/documents that you need at any time. We have been saved more than once thanks to this scanner and the ability to access our documents remotely.This printer isn't even compatible with the latest version of MacOS 10.15 Catalina...so after you spend HUNDREDS of dollars on possibly the most expensive scanner known to mankind...it won't even connect to your Mac. After spending 30 minutes looking through Fujitsu docs, I finally found a doc that says "oh by the way, we're not compatible with 10.15"...might have been something important to relay BEFORE buying this scanner?Very difficult to get information on how set up. Does not come with instructions, had to go to site.It is really great machine , though in order to operate it properly you have to refer often to the manual.Using the videos from Evernote and just following instructions, the set up of this scanner was easy and painless. I'm traveling a lot for my business and it scans receipts flawlessly which makes my expense reports easier to prepare. The Evernote program itself along with the scanner works well with documents and odd sized papers.This particular edition of the scanner is designed to only work with Evernote - probably one of the best software tools to organize mounds of paperwork, business cards, receipts, reminders, etc. The benefit of this particular model is that it senses what you are scanning and automatically classifies it within Evernote. You can take a mix of different types of documents to be scanned, load them in, and it just feeds them through (taking a simultaneous scan of both sides), then loads them into all the right folders in Evernote. For example, if you scan business cards and receipts in the same batch, it puts the scans into different batches. I can't imagine anyone who doesn't love Evernote (and Evernote's integration and sync capabilities across PC, mobile, iPad, etc.) to miss the opportunity to get this scanner. The scanner is high-speed and quiet - i.e., it can scan ten pages (both sides simultaneously) in perhaps 10-15 seconds and create pdf (or other output) that can be shared with other apps and tagged for future retrieval (with tags you create in the software). Your scans are made accessible to all your devices through a slick, cloud-based sync. This particular version also includes a premium membership to Evernote (which allows up to 10 gigs per month storage uploads), so the capacity could easily handle all the receipts and billings for a small business, or virtually any paper files you currently have. I'm not sure Fujitsu still makes this version that explicitly supports Evernote, but they do make a standard version of the scanner that has super-high speed, high-quality scans. Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase (now having used it about two months almost every day).仕事のために購入しましたが、最高ですもっと早く購入すればよかった。自宅用にも購入予定です。evernote愛用者なら必須ですセッティングはドライバインストール、パソコンとUSB接続で完了です。エバーノートがインストールされている場合、そのまま設定をいじらずにエバーノートに転送、自動アップロードされます。また、様々な形式で読み込み、書き出しができます。読み込み時、購入してすぐは重送(2枚以上同時にスキャンしてしまうこと。重送が起きた場合も重送検知があるので、その場で自動で止まり、もう1度そのページからセットし直すことでスキャンを続けることができます。)が良く起きたので、レビューなどを読んだところ、紙送り(うろ覚え)と呼ばれる紙をバサバサやる儀式を行えば基本的に詰まりません。紙質によるところが大きいと思います。紙送りができないうちは苦戦しましたが、基本的によく出来た子です。家に雑誌、漫画が溜まってしまったけど捨てるのはもったいないみたいな人にはオススメです。エバーノートとの連携でいつでも読めますし。Evernoteとセットで使って最強です。家族でEvernote導入したので一気に郵送物や文書の管理が楽になりました。分厚い紙のA4ファイルが何冊にも増えて管理不能に陥っていました。人事管理用に購入し、事務所に設置したところそれを使った個人が自分用に購入し始めました。個人的によっぽどほしくなったのでしょう。便利で重宝するのはわかりますが、まずは会社の資料整理を優先でお願いしますね。
