Had this scanner for a few years, and worked just fine (even after the first 64 bit OS Upgrade on MAC, some limitations, but worked). Since upgrading to Catalina, the App Options have a nice strikethrough and won't work - at all. Contact the developer is the message I get, and I did.I sent an email to Canon customer support, they referred me to third party open source software. I looked at these and even they do not support all the features (e.g. can't scan multiple docs); on top of, I am not found of loading third party unknowns on to my MAC. They also sent me links to their new scanners that I can purchase, how kind of them (say with sarcasm).Sorry Canon, my next scanner will be one with a company that can support their products a bit longer...or at a minimum, provide some type of $$/buyback program, for their antiquated hardware.
