We've been struggling with our scanners in our factory for a long time. We "lose" them on a shelf and waste time searching for them or we've damaged them by accidently dropping them on the floor. We won't be doing that any longer! We bought one of the OPTECH straps to test and it works great. The scanner glides really well up and down the strap when in use but rests out of the way at your side when not in use. They put another buckle on the strap which creates a stopping point so you can decide how far back you want the scanner to glide. Cool feature! The strap can also be changed for right-hand use or left-hand use by simply unbuckling it and switching sides. Super versatile! The chest strap snaps easily in place and adds to the comfort and stability of the strap. It secures it in place so that you can freely move your arms, grab boxes, etc.. The safety buckles are a MUST in our facility. Better to pay a bit more in a strap with a good safety release than to pay out a big injury claim later. We'll be buying more of these!
